delivery of our Products all over India. By Indian Postal Service, Bus and third party Courier.

possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that
you have ordered from the Platform. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to
ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a time period.
4.1 Shipping Charges for Orders
βFree Shipping: We offer free shipping only Bhubaneswar Locations on orders
above Rs. 500 /-.( T&C)
βStandard Shipping Fees: For orders below the minimum threshold, standard
shipping charges will apply. The charges will be calculated at checkout based on your
location.
βStandard Shipping Delivery Fess Rs 100/-(T&C)
4.2 Shipping Time
βDomestic Orders: Standard delivery time for domestic orders is 1 to 2 business days
from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
4.3 Shipping Delaysβ
While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, external factors such as weather,
holidays, or courier delays may affect delivery times. OM Pharmacy is not responsible for
delays caused by third-party couriers.
4.4 Shipping Fees on Returns
βDefective or Incorrect Products: OM Pharmacy will cover the cost of return
shipping for defective or incorrect items.
βOther Returns: For non-defective or non-damaged returns, the customer will be
responsible for return shipping costs.
