Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Shipping Charges Policy
At OM Pharmacy, A unit of OM Healthcare Enterprises Ltd., we strive to ensure that you receive the highest quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return, refund, cancellation, and shipping charges policy for your convenience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies outlined below.
- Return Policy
1.1 Eligible Returns
OM Pharmacy accepts returns under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will accept a return and issue a replacement or refund.
- If the wrong product was delivered, we will accept a return and send the correct item at no additional cost to you.
- Tablet Products ( Without Cutting ) are Eligible in Return policy .
- We do not sell expired medications. If you receive a product that is past its expiry date, we will accept a return and offer a full refund or exchange.
- Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.
- Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice without any types of corrections.
- Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice.
- Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return.
- Products are return at OM Pharmacy
1.2 Non-Eligible Returns
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Prescription medications that have been opened or used.
- Bottle Products are under the Non-Eligible Returns policy.
- Health and wellness products such as supplements, personal care items, or consumables.
- Items purchased under a special promotion or sale, unless defective.
- FMCG product are not return.
- The details of the non- returnable products are mentioned below:
- Food and Nutrition - : Health Drinks, Health Supplements
- Baby Care -: Bottle Nipples, Breast Nipple Care, Breast Pumps, Diapers, Ear Syringes, Nappy, Wet Reminder, Wipes and Wipe Warmers.
- Healthcare Devices - : Glucometer Lancet/Strip, Healthcare Devices and Kits, Surgical products
- Sexual Wellness- : Condoms, Fertility Kit/Supplement, Lubricants, Pregnancy Kits.
- Temperature Controlled and Speciality Medicines - : Vials, Injections, Vaccines, Penfills and any other Product, requiring cold storage, or medicines that fall under the category of specialty medicines.
1.3 Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days, we will be unable to process the return.
- Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:
- The product is returned and meets the eligibility criteria outlined in the Return Policy.
- A refund will be processed in the original payment method used for the purchase

2.2 Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 07 business days of receiving the returned product. However, the actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Cancellation Policy
3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your order:
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel the order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse location.
- After Dispatch: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product once received under our Return Policy.
3.2 Cancellation Process
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at 7381025181. If the cancellation request is made before dispatch, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund.
- Shipping Charges Policy
4.1 Shipping Charges for Orders
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping only Bhubaneswar Locations on orders above Rs. 500 /-.( T&C)
- Standard Shipping Fees: For orders below the minimum threshold, standard shipping charges will apply. The charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
4.2 Shipping Time
- Domestic Orders: Standard delivery time for domestic orders is 1 to 2 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
4.3 Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays may affect delivery times. OM Pharmacy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
4.4 Shipping Fees on Returns
- Defective or Incorrect Products: OM Pharmacy will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- Other Returns: For non-defective or non-damaged returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- How to Return an Item
5.1 Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at 7381025181 or email us at prp1@ompharmacy.com,within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the product.
- Our customer service team will guide you on how to return the item and provide you with a return shipping address.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the return and issue a refund or replacement as per the policies above.
